Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we may not be able to cancel your order because it may already be processed or shipped.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@herefortotes.com with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on orders over $35.
For orders under $35, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Here For Totes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Here For Totes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
