Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your item is unused and in its original condition.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@herefortotes.com with your order number.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return request is approved, you may use any carrier to send the item back.
Please note:
Our free shipping on orders over $35 only applies to the original order shipment and does not cover return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, damaged, or returned after the 14-day may not be eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item following our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
